Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges or store credit if the return is completed within 14 days of delivery. Please submit your return within 7 days of delivery, and item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, and returned in original Camóre packaging.

You are solely responsible to return the good at your own cost. We highly recommended insuring the product for the full value as Camóre will NOT assume financial responsibility for the returned items that are lost, stolen or damage.

Original shipping fees and Route protection are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

General Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and FedEx. Orders typically process in 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

All orders placed after noon PST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day.

Delays: You will be contacted the following business day (Monday - Friday) if there are any delays with your order.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Camóre is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. It’s important to double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out, but, if you do make a mistake, please reach out to us at support@shopcamore.com and we will do our best to fix it prior to shipping out your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages in Transit

Every order includes $100 of complimentary insurance through the shipping carrier.For added protection, you can purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. Route offers broader coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit packages and can often approve replacements or refunds beyond the $100 carrier limit.

If Route is not selected and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged-in transit we can only offer assistance within the carrier’s $100 claim limit.

Once your package is marked as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items if Route was not selected.

If Route package protection was purchased at checkout, please visit https://claims.route.com/ to file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged in-transit packages.

If Route package protection was not purchased at checkout, Please email support@shopcamore.com for assistance with a lost, stolen, or damaged package and make sure to include your order number.

Damaged or Faulty Jewelry

If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please email support@shopcamore.com within 7 days of delivery. Please inlcude your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the claim is approved, we'll make it right. Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Does Camóre Ship Internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
